Welcome to Five Too Nine! We're excited to have you as part of our community.
Five Too Nine exists to help professionals continue pursuing their creative passions through meaningful experiences, community, and collaboration. By becoming a member, you agree to the following Membership Agreement.
Membership
Your membership provides access to benefits based on your selected membership level. Benefits may include member pricing, exclusive experiences, community resources, networking opportunities, and other offerings as described on our website.
As Five Too Nine grows, membership benefits may evolve to better serve our community.
Community Expectations
Five Too Nine is built on respect, creativity, and inclusion. By participating in our community, you agree to:
Treat fellow members, guests, volunteers, speakers, and partners with kindness and respect.
Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds and creative disciplines.
Contribute positively to the community both online and at in-person experiences.
Respect event venues, hosts, and community spaces.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior.
Five Too Nine reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if a member's conduct is inconsistent with these expectations.
Membership Payments
Membership fees are billed according to the plan you select.
Unless otherwise stated, memberships automatically renew until canceled. Members may cancel future renewals at any time through their account. Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
Events & Experiences
Many Five Too Nine experiences require advance registration and may have limited capacity.
Some events may include separate ticket pricing, cancellation policies, or participation requirements. These will be communicated at the time of registration.
Photography & Media
Five Too Nine may photograph or record experiences for use in marketing, social media, our website, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let a member of the Five Too Nine team know at the event, and we'll make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Member Information
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used to administer your membership, communicate community updates, and provide relevant information about Five Too Nine experiences.
Changes to This Agreement
Five Too Nine may update this Membership Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication.
